RETURNS
We do not accept returns unless the item is faulty. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can resolve the issue. If you’re unhappy with your order and wish to discuss a return, please reach out to emerson@emersonisa.com. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and find the best resolution.

For international orders, please note that customs and duty fees may apply. Emerson Isa is not responsible for unpaid customs charges or returned packages due to unpaid fees.
